The LaRaedo team is comprised of riders, horse lovers, technologists and business people who are committed to quality and dedicated to making the farm management experience more efficient, enjoyable and profitable.

Marie had spent many years as a boarder and client of reputable farms that for her were somehow missing the mark. Although her horses were well cared for and the instructors and farm staff were knowledgeable and professional, there was something missing - she didn't feel engaged as a client. There were no clear lines of communication on a regular basis.
As a busy professional herself, Marie understood that the farm management was not able to meet
and greet and update each client to the extent that they would like to. It just wasn't physically
possible with their whirlwind schedule of daily care and maintenance of numerous horses, lessons,
veterinary and farrier services, horse shows, administrative duties, grounds and equipment upkeep, etc.
Then one day she thought, "What if there was a way to communicate this information simply and
effectively?" That is when Marie's idea began to
take shape.
In 2008, Marie Taulbee combined her extensive
knowledge of the horse industry with over 30
years experience as a
computer information analyst to form Equine Maintenance, LLC.
Through the expertise of a dedicated team of
developers, targeted research and testing and
ongoing enhancements, Marie's vision has
become reality with the release of LaRaedo, the
industry's most innovative farm management
software. Today, LaRaedo is known as the
premier software solution to the ongoing
challenges faced by busy farm owners and managers of equine facilities everywhere.

The LaRaedo program is designed to cover nearly every need a horse farm owner could have, from billing and invoicing to scheduling events and tracking horse care. Taulbee explains how farm management software grants farm owners the gift of extra daylight: "If a farm owner isn't spending five houre a week tracking, billing and updating because the software does that for them, then they just gained five hours to spend with the horses and the owners, making their business even more personal than it was without the technology."

COMMUNICATION AND TRUST
THE KEYS TO SUCCESS
Keeping customers informed might just be the
key to building and keeping business in the
21st century. "In any business," Taulbee notes,
"There has to be an element of trust with
customers." The ease with which customers
can seek information on the Internet has
created a demand for transparency and open
access to information. "Transparency is the key because it builds trust. Even though the horse farm business
is fairly unique in that its main focus is on the sport, it must also keep up with the
changes" states Ms. Taulbee. People want to work with businesses that are open and
upfront. Innovation and technology are a bit part of that.
